About Rebelize Change

Rebelize Change was created for people who know that later in life doesn’t mean too late. It means lived experience, clearer values, and the courage to question what’s next — even when the answers aren’t obvious.

This is a space for reflection, encouragement, and honest conversation around change, growth, and starting again without waiting for perfect timing. Because at some point, many of us reach a moment where the old rules stop working. The paths we followed no longer fit, the goals we once chased feel misaligned, and the idea of starting over can feel equal parts exciting and terrifying.

To us, being a rebel for change doesn’t mean burning everything down or starting from scratch. It means questioning the expectations you’ve outgrown, listening more closely to what feels true now, and choosing growth — even when it’s quiet, uncomfortable, or unseen.

Meet the Creators

Christian Ferrell

Christian is originally from Florida, where she met her friend and co-host, Paula. Their connection was shaped early on by a shared habit of showing up for one another’s dreams — even when the path forward wasn’t clear.

Now based in Delaware with her husband, Billy, Christian brings curiosity, creativity, and reflection into everything she does. She’s a self-described movie buff who enjoys crate digging for music finds and unwinding with cozy games. Through Rebelize Change, Christian shares her personal experiences navigating life transitions, growth, and the ongoing process of becoming.

Paula Quesada

Paula is a passionate, multi-faceted creative with a background in psychology and a deep commitment to personal growth. She currently works as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), applying her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida International University to support children in developing new skills and positive behaviors.

Alongside her work in psychology, Paula has spent over a decade as a professional makeup artist. For her, makeup is both an art form and a practice in transformation — one that requires vision, creativity, and the courage to explore.

In her free time, Paula enjoys baking, crafting, and discovering new and inspiring travel destinations. She aspires to continue her education by pursuing a Master’s degree to become both a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Rebelize Change is a collaborative space created between the East Coast and West Coast — rooted in friendship, reflection, and growth.
